Many of the homes showcased range in price from $400,000 to $700,000. However, some homes fall around the $250,000 mark, while homes on the other end of the spectrum approach $3 million. The two-week event, hosted by the Home Builders Association of Greater Kansas City, showcases hundreds of homes across the metro.
Use the Parade of Homes guide to view all 403 homes on this spring's Parade. Divided into sections, home information includes renderings, floor plans, price, driving directions and more. Pick up a guide at a Parade home or at the HBA at I-435 and Holmes. Each Parade takes place for two weeks and showcases hundreds of beautiful brand-new homes. Experienced home buyers or first-timers will find homes available to suit each style, need and price. Home tours are free and open to the public daily, 11 a.m.
